ارائه مدل ساختاری سازگاری زناشویی براساس خودکارآمدی اجتماعی و هوش فرهنگی با نقش میانجی مهارت‌های تعاملی زنان متأهل

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه و آزمون مدل ساختاری سازگاری زناشویی براساس خودکارآمدی اجتماعی و هوش فرهنگی با نقش میانجی مهارت‌های تعاملی در زنان متأهل انجام شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی-همبستگی از نوع مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان متأهل دانشجوی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تنکابن در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۴-۱۴۰۵ بود که از میان آنان ۲۰۰ نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای گردآوری داده‌ها شامل مقیاس سازگاری زناشویی اسپانیر (1976)، پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی اجتماعی کنلی (1989)، پرسشنامه هوش فرهنگی آنگ و همکاران (2007) و پرسشنامه مهارت‌های تعاملی بارتون (1990) بود. روایی و پایایی ابزارها با تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، آلفای کرونباخ، پایایی ترکیبی و میانگین واریانس استخراج‌شده بررسی شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم‌افزار SmartPLS تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد خودکارآمدی اجتماعی اثر مثبت و معناداری بر مهارت‌های تعاملی (β=0.220, t=2.230) و سازگاری زناشویی (β=0.399, t=4.619) داشت. هوش فرهنگی نیز مهارت‌های تعاملی را به‌طور مثبت و معناداری پیش‌بینی کرد (β=0.282, t=3.141)، اما اثر مستقیم آن بر سازگاری زناشویی معنادار نبود (β=0.119, t=1.479). مهارت‌های تعاملی اثر مثبت و معناداری بر سازگاری زناشویی داشتند (β=0.371, t=4.713). اثر غیرمستقیم خودکارآمدی اجتماعی بر سازگاری زناشویی از طریق مهارت‌های تعاملی معنادار بود (β=0.082, t=2.677) و میانجی‌گری جزئی را نشان داد. همچنین، اثر غیرمستقیم هوش فرهنگی معنادار بود (β=0.105, t=2.918) و مهارت‌های تعاملی در این رابطه نقش میانجی کامل داشتند. مقادیر R² سازگاری زناشویی و مهارت‌های تعاملی به‌ترتیب 0.305 و 0.122 و مقدار GOF برابر 0.302 بود. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد خودکارآمدی اجتماعی هم به‌طور مستقیم و هم از طریق تقویت مهارت‌های تعاملی با سازگاری زناشویی ارتباط دارد، درحالی‌که تأثیر هوش فرهنگی بر سازگاری زناشویی عمدتاً از طریق تبدیل ظرفیت‌های فرهنگی به مهارت‌های تعاملی مؤثر تحقق می‌یابد؛ بنابراین، تقویت هم‌زمان خودکارآمدی اجتماعی، هوش فرهنگی و مهارت‌های تعاملی می‌تواند در طراحی برنامه‌های آموزشی و مداخلات مشاوره‌ای مرتبط با بهبود سازگاری زناشویی مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
