This qualitative study was conducted using a narrative analysis approach. The participants included 24 individuals, namely 12 married couples living in Tehran, who had experienced sexual infidelity, continued their marital relationship, and reported relative reconstruction of trust and intimacy. Participants were selected through purposive criterion-based sampling, and recruitment continued until theoretical saturation was achieved. Data were collected through individual semi-structured interviews. Each interview lasted between 60 and 90 minutes and was audio-recorded, transcribed verbatim, and anonymized after obtaining informed consent. Data were analyzed using NVivo software through narrative coding, thematic interpretation, and constant comparison across participants’ accounts. Data analysis led to the emergence of five main categories: confronting the collapse of the previous marital narrative, interrupting secrecy and developing behavioral transparency, redefining responsibility and meaning without stabilizing blame, restorative dialogue and regulation of post-disclosure emotions, and gradual reconstruction of emotional and sexual intimacy. The couples’ narratives indicated that successful passage through sexual infidelity was not merely the result of forgiveness or forgetting, but rather a gradual process involving acknowledgment of harm, accountability by the unfaithful partner, expression of pain by the injured partner, renegotiation of relational boundaries, and the creation of a new meaning for continuing the marriage. The findings suggest that reconstructing intimacy after sexual infidelity becomes more possible when couples transform the crisis from a relationship-ending event into a turning point for redefining the relationship. Transparency, accountability, emotion regulation, safe dialogue, and gradual rebuilding of trust were central components of this process.</p> <p>هدف پژوهش حاضر تحلیل روایت زوج‌های موفق در عبور از بحران خیانت جنسی و شناسایی فرایندهای روایی، هیجانی و ارتباطی مؤثر در بازسازی صمیمیت زناشویی بود این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و بر اساس روش تحلیل روایت انجام شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان شامل 24 نفر، یعنی 12 زوج ساکن شهر تهران، بودند که پس از تجربه بحران خیانت جنسی، رابطه زناشویی خود را حفظ کرده و بازسازی نسبی اعتماد و صمیمیت را گزارش کرده بودند. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند و ملاک‌محور انجام شد و فرایند جذب مشارکت‌کنندگان تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته فردی گردآوری شد. هر مصاحبه بین 60 تا 90 دقیقه به طول انجامید و با رضایت آگاهانه مشارکت‌کنندگان ضبط، پیاده‌سازی و ناشناس‌سازی شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار NVivo و بر اساس کدگذاری روایی، تحلیل مضمونی و مقایسه مستمر روایت‌ها تحلیل شدند. تحلیل داده‌ها به استخراج پنج مقوله اصلی انجامید: مواجهه با فروپاشی روایت پیشین ازدواج، توقف چرخه پنهان‌کاری و شکل‌گیری شفافیت رفتاری، بازتعریف مسئولیت و معنا بدون تثبیت سرزنش، گفت‌وگوی ترمیمی و تنظیم هیجان‌های پس از افشا، و بازآفرینی تدریجی صمیمیت عاطفی و جنسی. روایت زوج‌ها نشان داد که عبور موفق از بحران خیانت صرفاً نتیجه گذشت یا فراموشی نبود، بلکه از طریق فرایندی تدریجی شامل پذیرش آسیب، پاسخ‌گویی فرد خیانت‌کننده، امکان بیان درد توسط همسر آسیب‌دیده، بازسازی مرزهای رابطه، و خلق معنای تازه برای تداوم زندگی مشترک حاصل شد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد بازسازی صمیمیت پس از خیانت جنسی زمانی امکان‌پذیرتر است که زوج‌ها بتوانند بحران را از یک «رویداد پایان‌دهنده رابطه» به یک «نقطه عطف برای بازتعریف رابطه» تبدیل کنند. شفافیت، مسئولیت‌پذیری، تنظیم هیجان، گفت‌وگوی امن و بازآفرینی تدریجی اعتماد، مؤلفه‌های مرکزی این فرایند بودند.</p> https://www.jctaei.com/index.php/jctaei/article/download/42/44
