Using a qualitative review design, data were collected exclusively through a systematic analysis of scientific literature. Following multi-stage screening, 13 eligible studies were selected. Data analysis was conducted using NVivo 14 through open, axial, and selective coding. Theoretical sampling continued until theoretical saturation was achieved and the final conceptual model was constructed. The results revealed that marital loyalty is shaped by the dynamic interaction of three core emotional mechanisms: emotion regulation, attachment and emotional security, and couples’ emotional interaction patterns. These mechanisms enhance trust, intimacy, emotional commitment, and constructive conflict management, thereby protecting the marital bond, whereas their disruption contributes to emotional erosion and reduced loyalty. Marital loyalty is a profoundly emotional and relational phenomenon that requires strengthening emotional regulation skills, attachment security, and constructive interaction patterns, providing essential implications for preventive and therapeutic interventions in family counseling.</p> <p>هدف این پژوهش تبیین نظام‌مند سازوکارهای هیجانی مؤثر بر وفاداری زناشویی و ارائه چارچوب مفهومی یکپارچه برای درک پایداری تعهد زوجین است. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و به روش مرور نظام‌مند - تحلیلی انجام شد. داده‌ها صرفاً از طریق مرور ادبیات علمی معتبر گردآوری گردید و پس از غربالگری چندمرحله‌ای، ۱۳ مقاله واجد شرایط انتخاب شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار NVivo نسخه 14 و از طریق کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام گرفت. نمونه‌گیری نظری تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت و چارچوب مفهومی نهایی بر اساس الگوهای مفهومی مشترک استخراج شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که وفاداری زناشویی در بستر تعامل سه سازوکار بنیادین هیجانی شکل می‌گیرد: تنظیم هیجانی، دلبستگی و امنیت عاطفی، و الگوهای تعاملی هیجانی زوجین. این سازوکارها از طریق تقویت اعتماد، صمیمیت، تعهد هیجانی و مدیریت سازگارانه تعارض‌ها، نقش محافظتی مهمی در برابر تضعیف پیوند زناشویی ایفا می‌کنند و در صورت اختلال، زمینه‌ساز فرسایش عاطفی و کاهش وفاداری می‌شوند. وفاداری زناشویی پدیده‌ای عمیقاً هیجانی و تعاملی است که بدون تقویت مهارت‌های تنظیم هیجان، امنیت دلبستگی و الگوهای ارتباطی سازنده قابل حفظ و پایداری نیست و این یافته‌ها می‌تواند مبنای طراحی مداخلات آموزشی و درمانی مؤثر در حوزه خانواده قرار گیرد.</p> https://www.jctaei.com/index.php/jctaei/article/download/27/29
